The challenge

Dolores has been running her tailoring workshop successfully for years — mostly through word of mouth. She's excellent at what she does. Her clients know it. They tell their friends.

But as search moved online, her work became invisible to anyone who didn't already know her.

No consistent visual identity. No website. No place for a recommendation to land.

When someone mentioned her name, the new client had nowhere to look. And in a world where people Google everything before they commit — that silence was costing her.

"The new visual identity perfectly represents the quality of my work. The brand finally feels elegant and professional."

The solution

A complete brand identity and responsive Webflow website — designed to support her existing reputation, not replace it.

The goal wasn't to reinvent Dolores. It was to give her craftsmanship a visual language it deserved — and a digital home where recommendations could finally land.

Brand Identity

The brief was clear: timeless, elegant, crafted.

The logo combines a flowing script for Šiviljstvo with a strong sans-serif DOLORES — precision and personality in one mark. The centrepiece: a needle passing through the letter D. A detail so specific it could only belong to her.

Colour palette: soft neutral base with sophisticated purple tones and a warm accent. Calm, considered, quality.

Typography: elegant script paired with clean modern sans-serif — tradition and clarity together.

The full visual system includes logo variations and brand usage guidelines — so every touchpoint, from business card to Instagram, tells the same story.

Website

Built for one purpose: get the visitor from I have a problem to I'm getting in touch — with as little friction as possible.

The structure follows the visitor's logic. Hero answers immediately: right place, right service. Sections are built for scanning, not reading — because when something is broken, nobody reads paragraphs. Trust is built progressively through services, social proof, and FAQ — so by the time someone reaches contact, the decision is already made.

Built in Webflow, mobile-first. Fast, accessible, easy to manage independently.

The result

Šiviljstvo Dolores now has a recognisable visual presence that reflects the quality of her work — and gives it somewhere to live online.

When someone recommends her today, the new client has a place to look. And what they find confirms everything they've already heard.
